Typically a temporary operating theatre and supporting medical facilities can be operational from 4 to 12 weeks from date of order.
Our theatres can be procured through the Buying Solutions (formerly OGC Buying.Solutions) framework enabling Trusts to avoid the OJEU tender route and save months off NHS procurement programmes.

Due to our experience, and our tried and tested production and installation process we are able to offer the lowest hire rates available for the hire of HBN / HTM compliant facilities.
You pay for the temporary healthcare buildings only for as long as you need to, meaning you do not expend large sums of capital or require future refurbishment or demolition.
We are responsible for all monitoring and maintenance during the hire, so you will have no maintenance costs for as long as you are using your temporary healthcare buildings.

Space
We are expert in delivering and installing temporary healthcare buildings into the tightest and most difficult sites.
Temporary ward accommodation and temporary operating theatre suites can be added to the side of existing facilities either at ground level or supported on steelwork to match a specified level, or craned into isolated courtyards or car parks, or can on to roofs or in basements.
Our sales and healthcare design teams are experienced in assessing a hospital estate to find sites with the correct space, services and internal connectivity and in many cases will identify sites that a healthcare Trust will not have considered.
Cost Certainty
A hire rate is agreed early on in the process. Enabling works that may be needed to prepare for arrival of the facility can be supplied for a fixed cost by PKL Healthcare, or you can appoint a third party who will work to drawings and specifications supplied by us.
All maintenance and reactive repair work is our responsibility. You bear no risk for overrun, or cost variation as with traditionally supplied alternatives.
